We’re looking for a passionate and confident Learning & Development Delivery Manager (Maternity Cover) to join our growing Development team and lead the delivery of impactful early careers programmes. What you’ll be doing… As our Learning & Development Delivery Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of high-impact Early Talent programmes for a wide range of clients. You'll be hands-on in facilitating workshops, creating engaging learning experiences, and ensuring that every programme delivers real value to both participants and clients. You’ll collaborate closely with our internal teams and client stakeholders to tailor content and keep programmes fresh, relevant, and aligned to evolving needs. You’ll also play a key role in growing and shaping our L&D offering. Whether it’s supporting business development, managing client relationships, or contributing to internal initiatives, you’ll help us continuously raise the bar. You’ll be a champion of learning – for our clients, our early talent audiences, and our internal teams. To ensure our L&D offering is best-in-class, you’ll design impactful and engaging pre and post workshop content to ensure learning objectives are met, using feedback from attendees and clients to constantly improve and adapt our offerings. You’ll also work with our Australian colleague at Fusion in the ‘Development Design’ team to gain additional expertise to support the design of the programmes, keeping line managers up to date with the latest developments. You’ll also be responsible for: Facilitating virtual, hybrid, and in-person workshops and development programmes (including travel to universities and client offices where applicable) Designing and tailoring programme content to meet client objectives and audience needs Leading client relationships, calls, and programme reviews to gather feedback and drive improvements Supporting the wider Development Team, including mentoring and managing Associate resource Representing Amberjack at client and industry events, maintaining industry knowledge, building brand awareness and promoting our L&D offering Supporting the Head of L&D with business development, and supporting on L&D pitches Overseeing metrics and reporting on key development themes Maintaining and supporting required CRM updates Piloting and testing new internal systems and functionalities This is a hybrid opportunity however, you would be required to travel to our head office in Newbury 1-2 days a week. Who you need to be You should have previous experience running and delivering development workshops within the Early Careers market, either in-house or with an L&D provider. We’re looking for somebody who has a keen interest in developing skills and experiences within learning and development, with a focus on engaging next-gen talent. We’re looking for professionals in the early stages of their management career, with previous experience in training, coaching and mentoring, as well as project delivery, who are keen to grow their instructional design skills.
