Are you an experienced Solution Architect ready to take the lead on global ERP transformations? We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading Microsoft Partner for a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Solution Architect who can bring clarity to complex business challenges and deliver high-impact solutions across international projects.
This is a standout opportunity to join a collaborative, high-calibre team working on enterprise-level D365 implementations across Europe — with the flexibility of remote work and the option to relocate to the Netherlands if desired.
Your Role
As a Solution Architect, you’ll be the strategic and technical leader on major ERP projects, responsible for crafting architecture that aligns with client objectives and delivers measurable value. You’ll work closely with both internal teams and clients, providing oversight across design, build, and delivery phases — with the freedom to shape innovative, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Design end-to-end Dynamics 365 F&O solutions for enterprise clients, ensuring best practice architecture and business alignment.
* Lead and mentor teams of functional consultants across international implementations.
* Act as a trusted advisor in workshops, diagnostics, and presales activities.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across various levels of the business to define scope, strategy, and goals.
* Integrate complementary technologies like Power Platform, Microsoft Azure, and data analytics into your solutions.
* Travel as required to client sites across Europe (hybrid with remote flexibility).
What You’ll Need
* A university degree in Supply Chain, Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
* 7–10+ years’ experience in ERP consulting, with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (or Dynamics AX).
* A proven track record of success across multiple end-to-end implementations.
* Strong cross-functional knowledge — ideally spanning finance, supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing.
* Technical awareness of Power Platform, Azure services, and modern data tools.
* Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and visual — with a strong command of English.
* Experience in leading teams and owning architectural decisions on major transformation projects.
Personal Qualities
* Naturally analytical and solution-oriented.
* Confident communicator and relationship-builder.
* Affable and team-focused, with a collaborative spirit.
* Entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, curious, and adaptive.
* Comfortable working in flat, non-hierarchical teams.
