What the Job Involves As a Social Worker in the Fostering Service, you will be responsible for recruiting, assessing, training, and supporting various types of foster carers and families. You will work within one of four dedicated hubs with opportunities to move between them based on service needs. Your role will contribute significantly to achieving the service's objectives and providing quality outcomes for children and young people.
