* Be the vital link between our company/contractors and residents, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, resolving concerns efficiently, and facilitating smooth project delivery.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience as an RLO or similar public-facing role in construction/social housing.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
* Strong organisational and administrative abilities
