Pastry Chef - The Role
* Reporting to the Head Chef, you will prepare all breads, pastries, and desserts for restaurant service
* Opportunity to contribute your own dishes to the menu
* Work as part of a dedicated team to maintain high standards
The Person
* Qualified Pastry Chef with high-level restaurant experience
* Experience preparing dishes to multi-rosette level or in a Michelin kitchen
* Good communicator and team player
