We're working with a successful Hertfordshire based marketing agency who specialise in the world of retail, destination, and leisure. They're looking for a Social Media Account Executive to join their friendly, fast-paced team.
This is a role where no two days are the same, from producing original content and managing paid campaigns to building client relationships and spotting the latest trends. If you're digitally savvy, creative, and passionate about all things social, this could be your perfect next step.
The Role:
* Create and schedule engaging content across multiple platforms.
* Manage paid social campaigns including budgets, reporting, and insights.
* Build and nurture client relationships, including monthly on-site meetings.
* Monitor channels, engage with communities, and maintain brand tone of voice.
* Collaborate with creative, client services, and strategy teams to deliver campaigns.
What We're Looking For:
* 2 - 4 years' experience in social media or digital marketing, ideally agency-side.
* Confident using Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
* Strong design/content creation skills with Canva proficiency.
* Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing clients directly.
* Full UK driving licence and car (essential due to client travel).

Location:
This role is based in Hertford with hybrid working (2 days a week in the office). Regular travel for client meetings (around 3–5 days per month) is required. The office is easily commutable from Stevenage, Welwyn Garden City, Hatfield, St Albans, Luton, Watford, Enfield, Cheshunt, Harlow, Bishop's Stortford, Ware, and surrounding areas. A full driving licence and access to a car is essential due to client travel.
