About the Assistant Innovation and Product Manager role:
The Assistant Product Manager will oversee new product development (NPD) from concept to launch. This role offers a unique chance to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment, collaborating across teams to shape our product portfolio.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing and supporting NPD projects to drive sales growth and market share
* Collaborating with R&D, Design, Marketing, Supply, Finance, and external suppliers to develop new products
* Analyzing portfolio performance and optimizing sales and margins
* Conducting competitor research and proposing new product ideas
* Creating materials to support NPD, emphasizing research and competitive positioning
* Informing segment strategy and product development decisions
* Working with R&D to translate capabilities into customer-centric claims
Experience required:
* Experience in NPD
* Successful track record in launching new products
* Experience working within a matrix organization
