In other words, be: Hard working and driven Have a GENUINE passion for hospitality and looking after people Have background working in a busy bar, crafting classic and new cocktails Passion for creation and a genuine interest in spirits, wine, and cocktails Strong knowledge of spirits and wine (WSET level 1 desirable if you don't have this and are willing to learn- reach out anyway!)
