Procurement Assistant

Landmark Information Group is looking for a Procurement Assistant to play a key role within our Digital Technology & Services Procurement (DTS) Team. The role involves liaising with internal stakeholders and IT suppliers, managing supplier due diligence, contract renewals, and driving process improvements.


Responsibilities

* Seek out opportunities, obtain approvals, and negotiate commercial deals for IT supplier contracts.
* Run regular reporting and analytics on procurement activities.
* Support the Senior Supplier Relationship Manager with SLAs, commercial analysis, and business licensing requirements.
* Perform administrative duties related to DTS procurement activities.


Qualifications & Skills

* Highly organized, motivated, and energetic with an analytical mindset.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Experience working with IT suppliers and interest in Information Technology.
* Proficient in a ticketing platform.
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
* Ability to multitask, communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and work proactively in a fast‑paced department.
