Key Responsibilities
* Support children aged 0–5 in line with the EYFS
* Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment
* Build strong relationships with parents and colleagues
* Maintain high standards of safeguarding and care
Requirements
* Level 3 Early Years Qualification or equivalent (essential)
* Good knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
* Positive, reliable, and proactive approach
* Strong communication skills
* At least 1 year of childcare experience preferred
