Jobstore are currently looking for an experienced furniture upholsterer for one of our prestigious clients working 07.30-16.30 Monday - Friday in Preston. You will be required to upholster and prepare furniture in-line with customer and product specifications, ensuring the furniture is finished to high standards and manufactured ready for the following stage of manufacture and/or packing. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Upholster furniture to customer and product/design specification Carry out quality control checks upon your own work Work well individually or as part of a team Follow instructions and workload issued by the manager You may be required to work in alternative areas of the factory as demand fluctuates Report any damages or scrap Carry out Stock Control Checks as and when required Keep a clean, tidy and organised work environment at all times Keep tools and equipment in good working order Please click to apply now and send us your CV for an immediate review.
