One of my local government clients is seeking an organised and proactive Lettings Officer (Garages) to join the Garages Team within the Operations Group of Homeownership Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for letting and managing over 7,000 garage units, car parks, and storage spaces across the borough, helping to reduce voids and maximise rental income. This is a site-based role with no hybrid working – you’ll be based out of the council’s offices at 160 Tooley Street, with regular site visits across the borough.
