HomeServe is now recruiting for directly employed Drainage Engineers to join our team! At HomeServe, we prioritize the customer experience in everything we do. As a Drainage Engineer, you will undertake maintenance and repair work of drainage systems in our customers' homes. You will provide industry-leading service, help us enhance our reputation, and drive customer growth. To support your onboarding, you will participate in our extensive training programme.
Training Programme
1. Week 1: Attend our Head Office in Walsall from Monday to Friday, where we will introduce you to HomeServe, health and safety, and provide your tools and equipment.
2. Week 2: Be partnered with an experienced HomeServe Drainage Engineer. Where appropriate, we will cover your accommodation and meal allowance during induction.
Requirements
* HPWJ Water Ticket
* Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 penalty points
* Excellent customer service skills
* Proactive, 'can do' attitude
* Keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills

Position Details
* Location: Lincoln
* Type: Full Time, 40 hours/week, including some weekends, evenings, and bank holidays
* Salary: £32,250 - £36,700 (dependent on experience), plus a guaranteed £1500 bonus in your first year
