Deliver results that meet or exceed the Key Performance Indicators / Service Level Agreement to support contract retention.
Undertake additional training for continuous self-development.
Main Duties
Operations
* Ensure compliance with all policies, legal, and regulatory requirements as directed by the Security Account Manager and in line with UK Law and Guidance bodies.
* Complete all tasks on site as defined in the Assignment Instructions (AI's).
* Review and familiarize oneself with the AI's regularly, suggesting amendments for service improvement.
* Maintain compliance with industry and statutory legislation, including holding a front-line licence in Security Guarding or Door Supervision, and a CCTV PSS SIA Licence. Additional courses may be required.
* Follow legal obligations and safety requirements.
* Adhere to instructions and procedures without unnecessary challenges.
* Work systematically and methodically.
Training
* Complete all required competency training satisfactorily.
* Engage in additional training for self-development as directed.
* Utilize technology to meet objectives and enhance professional skills.
* Renew your licence 16 weeks before expiry.
Security and Health & Safety
* Report any hazards or potential hazards immediately.
* Stay alert to threats or environmental changes and act appropriately.
* Use common sense and involve others if situations become threatening.
* Maintain professional conduct in challenging situations.
* Accurately document incidents promptly for reports.
* Adhere to schedules and demonstrate commitment to Mitie and the client.
* Carry out check calls as scheduled in the AI's.
* Report incidents to emergency services and the Communication Centre.
Previous Security Experience
* SIA License
* SC Clearance (desirable)
