Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects in the absence of the class teacher.
* Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment.

* Follow school policies and procedures to maintain a safe and inclusive environment.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working with young people (e.g., in education, youth work, coaching, etc.) is desirable.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
* A genuine interest in supporting students’ education and wellbeing.
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
