The Role
As a HLTA, you will play a key role across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, supporting learning and stepping in to lead whole-class sessions where needed. You’ll work alongside teachers to plan, prepare, and deliver engaging activities that inspire curiosity and help pupils reach their full potential.
