Fabric Engineer - Reading - Ongoing - FM Service Provider - Part time
Exciting opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider located in Reading. CBW is currently recruiting for a General Maintenance Engineer to work in a nursing home. The successful candidate will have an all-around understanding of most fabric duties and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance and experience working within a healthcare environment. Working within an on-site team, he or she will need to carry out fabric PPM and reactive maintenance.
Hours of work/Salary
* £21 p/h
* 2 days per week (flexible)
* 8am - 4pm (30 min lunch) 37 hr week
* Starting ASAP
* Minimum 2 months work.
Key duties & Responsibilities
* Painting & Decorating
* Changing locks
* Basic Plumbing duties
* Basic Electrical duties
* Bulb changes
* General Building maintenance
Requirement
* Enhanced DBS Clearance is required
* A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
* Good communication skills
* UK Drivers license (will be required to travel to each location)
* Health & Safety experience
* Basic PC literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, smartphone use)
* Ability to deliver excellent customer service
