What You Will Be Doing
* Lead with Empowerment: Inspire, guide and empower a skilled team of Support Workers and Waking Night Workers, ensuring they have the confidence, tools and motivation to deliver exceptional personalised care.
* Champion Collaboration: Work closely with social workers, health professionals and external partners to create seamless support journeys and positive outcomes for every individual.
* Promote Inclusion and Respect: Create a culture where every person-staff or resident feels valued, respected and able to contribute. Actively embed inclusive practice into daily operations and decision‑making.
* Provide Compassionate, Confident Management: Oversee rota planning, staffing levels, annual leave, sickness cover and recruitment. Complete staff inductions and occasionally provide weekend managerial cover.
* Drive Quality and Continuous Improvement: Review support plans, lead change, identify opportunities for development and encourage innovative ideas that enhance the lives of the people we support.
What You Will Bring
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire confidence and empowerment in others.
* Compassionate, respectful and inclusive practice.
* Excellent IT and organisational skills.
* A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
* A passion for delivering outstanding care in a busy, rewarding environment.
What You Will Receive
* 33 days annual leave, rising to 35 with service.
* £34,320 per year, based on a 37.5-hour week.
