About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth running of the school by:
1. Supervising classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
2. Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and ensuring students stay engaged in their learning.
3. Managing classroom behaviour and fostering a positive learning environment.
4. Supporting the school’s ethos of excellence and inclusivity.
This role is ideal for individuals considering a career in teaching, offering valuable experience in a supportive and professional environment.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who:
* Is confident, adaptable, and resilient.
* Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Can build positive relationships with students and staff.
* Has a strong commitment to the wellbeing and development of young people.
* Has at least 6 months of previous experience in a similar role or working with young people.
