On offer is a fantastic opportunity to take a step off the tools as a Trainee or Fully Qualified Lecturer in Agricultural Engineering, with full support and training every step of the way. In this role, you'll plan and deliver practical and theory lessons to full-time students and apprentices across levels, using your industry knowledge to deliver high-quality learning. This role would suit an experienced Agricultural Engineer looking to take a step off the tools and move into an educational environment, where they can assist in shaping the next generation of engineers.
The Role
* Deliver classroom and workshop-based lessons in Agricultural Engineering
* Mentor and support students to develop practical skills, knowledge, and confidence
* Mark assessments and track progress using digital systems
* Contribute to curriculum planning, pastoral support, and learner reviews
The Person
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Agricultural Engineering
* Strong Industry Knowledge and Experience
* Motivated to move into an educational setting
* Based Commutable to Preston
