We are recruiting on behalf of a leading and prestigious food company based in Kings Lynn.
Due to their continued growth and development they are seeking to employ a Sales Administrator to start as soon as possible on a temp to perm contract.
Duties Will Include
1. Provide sales administration
2. Act as a point of contact on site for all customers and suppliers
3. Taking and processing customer orders
4. Processing of purchase orders
5. Execute day-to-day tasks for purchase and sales day books
6. Arrange transport for sales and purchase orders
7. Resolving customer and transport queries & issues
8. Provide sales “follow-up” in collaboration with Sales Director
9. Assist with all customer communications
10. Updating of SAGE customer price lists
11. Provide up to date sales statistics to Company Directors and General Manager
12. Organise and control customer samples, including associated tasks such as updating SAGE stock levels, labelling, transport
Salary
£23,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience
