Suitable candidates will hold a minimum qualification of Level 3 (NVQ or equivalent) in Brickwork. Applicants must demonstrate strong theoretical understanding of construction principles alongside the ability to teach these concepts effectively. They should also possess proven practical skills, enabling them to deliver hands‑on learning and industry‑standard practice.
