Job Summary
Our Partnerships and Marketing team are seeking an executive to lead media‑driven brand campaigns across our Fine Watches and Jewellery category. This is an incredible opportunity for someone passionate about luxury brands and experienced in media sales and client partnerships. You’ll be the go‑to expert for your category, driving media revenue and building strategic plans that align brand investment with Harrods’ commercial goals. Working across a portfolio of prestigious watch and jewellery brands, you’ll manage relationships, oversee campaign execution, and support the development of junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive media income across your category and build weekly media plans to meet revenue targets
* Consult with brands on investment strategies that align with Harrods’ objectives
* Act as the main point of contact for brand partners, managing relationships across all levels
* Oversee Harrods campaigns and launches within your category, including large and high‑profile brands
* Delegate tasks and provide dotted‑line support to the Partnerships Assistant, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
* Manage contracts, bookings, and campaign administration with precision
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high‑quality, on‑brand media activity
Qualifications
You will be a confident and commercially minded professional with a strong background in media sales, partnerships, or agency work. You’ll bring experience in pitching to clients, building media plans, and managing brand relationships independently. Your organisational skills and leadership mindset will help you thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑profile environment, where you’ll be trusted to own your category and drive results.
Requirements
* Proven experience in media sales, inventory management, or agency partnerships
* Strong client‑facing skills, with experience pitching and consulting on media investment
* Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities, with a proactive and detail‑oriented approach
Working Conditions
Depending on your role, you may be fully on‑site or have a mix of on‑site and home working – this is what we refer to as “Hybrid”. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on‑site, depending on business needs.
