The role
is on site Monday to Friday
1. Allocating regular and ad-hoc collections for Drivers
2. Allocating rounds to contractors to cover for sickness and holidays.
3. Ensuring all previously allocated work is accounted for and checked off
4. Supplying customers with waybills, courier bags and mailbags.
5. Signing for any incoming packages and informing the recipient of their arrival.
6. Use a forklift truck to load and unload vans/lorries.
7. Daily contact with other departments
The successful applicant will have:
8. Previous experience within a similar environment
9. Strong communication skills both written and spoken
10. Good geographical knowledge (mainly London, Birmingham, Bristol and Home Counties)
11. Ability to work within a fast-paced pressurised environment
