Purpose

We are seeking an Internal Sales Executive to manage inbound and outbound sales activities, respond to customer enquiries, generate and qualify leads, and provide proactive support to the external sales team. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, understanding client requirements, and contributing to the growth and success of our Deployable Technology business.


Key Responsibilities

* Lead management & sales support: handle inbound calls, emails, and inquiries from prospective customers. Generate & qualify leads through outbound calling, follow‑ups, and database management. Support the external/field sales team with documentation, scheduling, and coordination.
* Customer relationship management: maintain regular communication with new & existing customers. Understand customer requirements & recommend suitable products or services. Ensure timely responses to queries and provide after‑sales support.
* Sales operations & documentation: prepare quotations, proposals & sales orders. Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, & sales activities in CRM.
* Coordination & collaboration: coordinate with operations, logistics, finance, technical teams for timely order processing; work closely with marketing on campaigns, emailers, & lead generation.
* Target achievement: achieve weekly/monthly sales & lead generation targets. Contribute to revenue growth by converting leads into successful sales.


Requirements


Education

* Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).


Experience

* 13 years of experience in internal sales, telesales, customer service, or lead generation.
* Experience with CRM tools is an advantage.


Skills

* Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
* Strong customer service orientation.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks & prioritize effectively.
* Good negotiation & persuasion skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
