Job reference HS-BB-CCC1 Closing date: 25th February Job Title: Children's Support worker/Personal Assistant Hours per week: 4 hours per week in term time (3 hours work plus one hour travel time). Plus 8 hours per week in school holidays. Ideally to be worked on a Saturday afternoon, Sunday, or evenings after school, but we can be flexible for the right applicant. Location: Llangernyw, Conwy Rate of pay: £13.50 per hour About me: We are looking for a support worker to support our 10 year old daughter. To support her to access activities in the home and in the community to improve her independence, health and well-being. She enjoys a range of things, such as socialising, swimming and shopping. The objective will be to locate different activities which our daughter will enjoy and for her to gain confidence within herself. Experience of working in the care sector or previous experience of working with children would be an advantage, and willingness to travel with reliable transport. To be pro-active and liaise with your employer regarding potential activities, all to be agreed with both.
