As our Graduate People Assistant, you’ll be part of a forward-thinking People Team, supporting talent and learning programmes across the UK, North America, and beyond. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, own meaningful projects, and play a key role in shaping our early careers initiatives.
What will you be doing?
* Talent & Learning Support: Get hands-on with talent programmes, learning initiatives, and performance processes.
* Career Pathways: Help design and update career pathway frameworks and documentation.
* Early Careers Champion:
o Support the attraction, selection, and onboarding of apprentices, and graduates
o Help run induction and rotation programmes for early careers talent.
* Digital Learning: Maintain accurate records and content in our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring compliance and reporting.
* Provide day-to-day support for colleagues, including benefits administration and compliance tasks.
* Assist with onboarding and employee lifecycle processes for North America teams.
* Operational Cover: Step in to ensure continuity of service when needed.
* Project Ownership:
o Take charge of small-scale projects – e.g. improve onboarding materials, coordinate learning campaigns, or support engagement initiatives.
o Support People projects and initiatives aligned to our wider business and People agenda.
* Data & Insights: Prepare People metrics and assist with data analysis for talent and learning dashboards.

Who are we looking for?
We welcome applications from graduates with degrees such as Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Sociology, Education, Law, Social Sciences, Learning & Development, International Relations, or similar—for example, but not limited to these fields. You’ll also be:
* A strong organiser and communicator, able to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
* Discreet and professional in handling confidential information.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Learning Management Systems is a plus.
* Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
* Passionate about people, talent development, and making a positive impact.
* Able to demonstrate experience in project work, event coordination, or supporting People initiatives (through studies, internships, volunteering, or work placements).
