• Grade / Band: Band 6 & 7
• Start date: ASAP
• Contract Length: Five months initially
• Full Time (35 Hours): Monday to Friday (09:00-17:00)
• Minimum 2 years post graduate experience (within the UK) including acute hospital experience and/or experience within the social care setting
.• HCPC Registered.
• Learning Disability experience essential.
• Full UK driving license and access to vehicle for business use preferred.
