At ARM Recruitment, we are seeking an experienced Human Factors Safety Consultant to join a Leading Design and Infrastructure Consultancy, who lead the delivery of complex Human Factors work packages across high-hazard, safety-critical environments-focused on Nuclear related projects.
You will play a pivotal role in the integration of Human Factors into Safety Cases, supporting engineering programmes, and delivering expert insight across multidisciplinary teams.
Your purpose:
1. Working in multi-disciplinary teams on major programmes and carrying out specialised work on an individual basis, as well as providing support to senior colleagues in delivering specific project outputs.
2. Maintaining client relationships and supporting business development activities including, identifying opportunities, and providing input to bids.
