As HR Business Partner, you will support the UK & Ireland Commercial leadership team in talent management, performance management, employee and leadership development, employee relations, change management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. You will also assist in developing and implementing HR priorities aligned with global HR Centers of Excellence and organizational goals.
Responsibilities include:
* Consulting with leaders within the UK and European regions, focusing on the Commercial business and supporting other lines of business.
* Applying change management strategies to facilitate business transformation.
* Supporting organizational change by working with senior management to identify needs and implement solutions.
* Partnering across the global HR function to provide value-added services aligned with business objectives.
* Collaborating with Talent & Organizational Capability COE to enhance engagement, retention, and effectiveness.
* Managing TUPE projects, including interfacing with departments and HR leadership.
* Leading talent management, succession planning, performance management, and compensation processes.
* Partnering with Talent Acquisition on recruitment activities.
* Handling complex employee relations issues and conducting investigations; developing Performance Improvement Plans as needed.
* Leading HR or business-driven projects such as organizational restructuring or cultural initiatives.
* Providing coaching and counseling to employees and management on sensitive issues.
Qualifications:
* Senior HR experience in a business-facing role, with talent management and employee relations expertise.
* Experience in change management and organizational development.
* 12-month contract commitment.
