Key Responsibilities
* Apply corrosion-preventative coatings to components in line with manufacturing drawings and quality procedures.
* Ensure all treated components meet cosmetic and functional standards.
* Maintain consistent productivity and quality levels.
* Follow safe working practices at all times, using safety equipment provided.
* Meet any special customer requirements in full.
* Complete inspection sheets accurately and maintain clear documentation.
* Work collaboratively with supervision and colleagues to achieve production targets.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a busy manufacturing or production environment.
* Experience with anodising or component coating is desirable; full in-house training will be provided.
* Handling chemicals experience advantageous.
* Technical qualifications or Skill Centre training beneficial.
* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
* Strong attention to detail with good practical and hand-eye coordination.
* Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

* Work safely and comply with all company Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures.
* Maintain a clean and hazard-free workspace.
* Report and resolve any safety concerns promptly.
