This is a high-visibility, business-critical position that leverages data, systems, and strategic insight to influence key decisions at Group level. You will work alongside top leadership and help transition from traditional reporting to integrated, systemised FP&A.

Key Responsibilities
As a Trusted Finance Business Partner, your core focus will be on empowering the business through data-led financial insights and systems innovation. You will:
* Lead the implementation and ongoing improvement of the Group's planning and reporting systems.
* Design, build, and deliver automated dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI.
* Consolidate and analyze financial data across multiple units, providing actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
* Drive automation to reduce manual reporting and enable strategic analysis.
* Champion digital FP&A initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and upskilling stakeholders.
* Collaborate with leadership to shape forecasting, budgeting, and performance frameworks.
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience working with large, complex data sets and translating insights for non-finance stakeholders.
* Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
* Deep understanding of FP&A disciplines such as budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
* Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
* A systems-first mindset with a passion for process improvement and innovation.
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
