Pay and Hours
Our Tesco Colleague rate starts from £12.02/hr; £13.15/hr inside M25. Night premium of £2.30/hr applies midnight-6am. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours/week, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). Shifts are scheduled with 3 weeks’ notice. We support flexible availability.
