What you'll be doing
* Carry out risk assessments, safety audits and monthly health and safety checks across departments
* Coordinate biannual Legal training and annual refresher sessions with full compliance
* Monitor and support Legal training for new starters, including online modules
* Audit training records and staff transfers to ensure policy adherence

Your working hours
* Part‑time contract, fully flexible
* You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 32 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
* This role includes weekends and bank holidays
About you
* Strong understanding of Housekeeping operations and legal compliance requirements
* Proficient in using PC‑based learning systems
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload effectively
* Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, able to inspire trust and credibility
