The Content Marketing Manager (12‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract) plays an integral part in shaping and executing the content strategy for the UK Supply Chain Division. Reporting to the Head of Content, this individual will manage day‑to‑day content planning, creation, optimisation, and performance analysis, ensuring all activities align with business goals and drive customer engagement, acquisition, and retention.
Responsibilities
* Oversee day‑to‑day planning, creation, and distribution of content for the UK Supply Chain Division, ensuring all materials reinforce marketing campaigns, drive customer acquisition, and foster retention.
* Partner with the Head of Content to implement the overarching strategy and support broader content initiatives.
* Serve as the primary contact for all content‑related activities, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external agencies for copywriting, creative production, and ad‑hoc video projects.
* Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines, tone of voice, and style standards, maintaining consistency across all digital and offline channels.
* Manage the briefing and production process for content and creative requests, monitoring timelines and quality to deliver timely, best‑in‑class results.
* Support performance measurement of content across various channels (websites, SEO, email, social media, campaigns) and use insights to refine and adapt plans.
Qualifications
Strong commercial experience operating within a complex, fast‑paced B2B environment, excellent writing and communication skills, and the ability to adapt tone for different audiences. Highly organised, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, and confident in building relationships with all levels of the business, including C‑suite stakeholders. Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging content and experience developing multi‑platform concepts are essential. Familiarity with leveraging AI tools to drive efficiency in content production is an added advantage.
