About the Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering friendly, efficient, and solution-focused support. From billing queries to technical issues, you’ll handle every interaction with clarity, confidence, and care.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Handling inbound calls with professionalism and empathy
* Resolving billing queries and explaining charges clearly
* Managing overflow from 1st line technical support
* Responding to general service and account enquiries
* Handling complaints with tact and urgency
* Logging interactions accurately in our CRM
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues
* Sharing customer insights to improve service delivery
