We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor to join a busy, fast-paced workshop. If you are skilled at assessing vehicle damage, creating accurate estimates, and working to high standards, this is your chance to bring your expertise to a role that values precision and professionalism.
What you’ll do:
Work as a Vehicle Damage Assessor, inspecting damaged vehicles and assessing repair costs and timescales
Create accurate estimates using Audatex, following manufacturer and Thatcham methods
Liaise with the workshop team, parts managers, and bodyshop staff to ensure smooth workflow
Ensure all job cards and estimates meet required standards and SLA targets
Maximise overall estimate profits while maintaining excellent customer care
Pair completed repairs and job cards ready for invoicingWhat we’re looking for:
Experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor with a minimum of 3 years’ experience
VDA/ATA qualification required, or willingness to achieve it
Current Audatex certification (please include with application)
Strong organisational skills, problem-solving ability, and flexible work attitude
