My client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced FM Contract Manager to lead engineering operations at a highly critical site in Slough. This is a key leadership appointment, managing a team of approximately 15 direct reports, within a safety-critical environment. A strong background in Critical Services is essential. The successful candidate will combine hands-on engineering credibility with the ability to rigorously manage systems, processes, and stakeholder expectations. The Role As Head of Maintenance, you will be responsible for the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of all electrical and mechanical infrastructure on site. You will act as the senior engineering authority, ensuring best practice across maintenance, compliance, and continuous improvement.
