As a Pub Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You will lead a talented team, uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety, manage stock and inventory, and organise engaging community events. Your role is pivotal in maintaining the pub's lively reputation and profitability.
Hours of Work: Full-time, including evenings and weekends, with flexible scheduling.
Pub Manager Duties: Leading the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences, managing day-to-day operations efficiently, organising community events to foster local connections, maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety, and maximising the pub’s profitability through effective management.
Pub Manager Requirements:
* Proven experience in pub management, preferably with a focus on real ales or traditional pubs.
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

* Ability to expertly manage stock, inventory, and budgets.
