I'm currently supporting a well‑established national law firm that is looking to recruit a Junior Employment Solicitor (2–4 years PQE) to join their growing Bristol team.
The Role
* Mix of contentious and non‑contentious employment work
* Advising employer clients on HR matters, contracts, policies, grievances, disciplinaries, restructures & TUPE
* Involvement in Employment Tribunal matters
* Chance to work closely with a highly respected team offering strong professional development and progression
Ideal Experience
* 2–4 years’ PQE in employment law
* Confident advising on day‑to‑day HR issues
* Experience in both advisory and contentious matters
* Strong drafting, communication skills, and commercial awareness
