Salary range £40,000 - £48,000
A rare opportunity has arisen to join one of Scotland’s most respected and design-led architectural practices.
They are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to help lead the delivery of a nationally significant flagship healthcare project, working across RIBA stages 4 and 5 within a collaborative and technically focused environment.

The role
You will:
* Lead technical delivery across RIBA stages 4–5.
* Coordinate architectural packages within a wider integrated team.
* Manage client, consultant, and contractor relationships.
* Oversee technical detailing, specifications, BIM coordination, and site delivery.
* Support and mentor junior team members.
* Play a key role in delivering a nationally significant healthcare project.
What they are looking for
* ARB Registered Architect.
* 3–10+ years post-Part 3 experience.
* Strong technical delivery skills.
* Proven experience delivering projects through RIBA stages 4–5.
* Revit proficiency essential.
* Healthcare project experience beneficial but not essential.
* Strong communication and coordination skills.
* Passion for high-quality, technically robust architecture.
