Key Responsibilities
* Greet owners and guests warmly, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
* Provide information about the park, entertainment, and local attractions, in person or over the phone.
* Support owner and guest requests, feedback, and resolve issues promptly.
* Maintain accurate admin records, including bookings, cash reconciliation, and arrivals.
* Help deliver memorable events for owners and guests.
