Residential Property Lawyer, 2:5 Years PQE, Hampshire / Hybrid, GBP Competitive : A new role for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer. JOB REF: 0735.
THE ROLE:
- As a Residential Property Lawyer, you will manage a varied caseload of transactions from instruction to completion.
- Handling sales, purchases, re:mortgages, lease extensions, and transfers of equity
- Conducting title checks and preparing all necessary legal documentation
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and solicitors to ensure smooth, timely completions
- Offering clear, practical legal advice with excellent client care
- Collaborating with the wider property team to enhance service delivery and efficiency
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licenced Conveyancers with between 2:5 years PQE in residential conveyancing.
- Strong experience managing a caseload independently
- Solid understanding of the full conveyancing process
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- A proactive, detail:oriented and organised approach
