Governance lead - operational resilience

Salary: £? - ? per year Requirements: Experience working with regulatory and risk management frameworks in financial services Strong experience in governance, risk, controls, or technology risk management roles Proven track record of defining and embedding policy, process, and control frameworks Responsibilities: Own and maintain resilience policies, processes, and operating model Ensure alignment with regulatory, risk, and internal control frameworks Oversee control execution, compliance, and exception management Define and track KPIs to measure governance and control effectiveness Drive governance maturity, risk identification, and remediation actions Collaborate across Technology and Resilience teams to embed best practice Provide clear reporting and insight to senior stakeholders and governance forums Technologies: More: We are hiring a Governance Lead for Operational Resilience in a hybrid role based in Sheffield. This is a 6-month rolling contract with an inside IR35 day rate of £600 to £700.
