We have just created a brand new website and we need help pushing content through our social media platforms


Role Description

This full-time position is for a Social Media and Influencer Marketing Manager, based on-site at our Potters Bar location. The role involves developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies, creating content, optimizing the brand's presence across platforms, and collaborating with influencers to enhance brand visibility. Responsibilities include content creation and strategy, overseeing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and engaging with the online community to grow brand awareness and engagement.

You must have at least 2 years of experience in the role, we will not consider anyone with less than this.

We're looking for a highly creative, consistent, and commercially aware Social Media and Influencer Marketing Manager to lead day-to-day content creation, platform growth, and influencer collaborations across key channels.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who understands both content performance and cultural relevance, and can execute at pace without compromising quality. We truly see this as an opportunity for the right person who wants to build, shape, and grow with the brand.

Salary Expectations should be 35-40k


Key Responsibilities


Social Media and Content Creation

* Create, edit, and publishhigh-quality daily contentacross platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
* Own the end-to-end content process: ideation to optimisation and reporting
* Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, trends, and platform best practices


Community Management

* Monitor comments, messages and mentions across managed accounts to stay close to audience sentiment.
* Coordinate responses in line with brand tone of voice and agreed guidelines.
* Flag and escalation enquiries, complaints or sensitive issues when required.
* Identify relevant user-generated content or community interactions and surface them internally.


Influencer Marketing

* Identify, outreach to, and manage relationships with relevant influencers
* Support and execute influencer campaigns that drive awareness and conversion
* Understand creator trends and how to leverage them for brand growth


Design & Creative Execution

* Createhigh-quality, platform-native visual assetsto support daily content output across TikTok, Instagram and other channels (working alongside our In-House design team)
* Demonstrate strong proficiency in tools such asCanva,Adobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, Premiere Pro),CapCut, or anything similar


Analytics & Performance Tracking

* Use insights to continuously refine content strategy
* Report on key KPIs and growth metrics


Consistency & Execution

* Maintaindaily posting cadence across all platforms
* Demonstrate strong discipline, organisation, and ability to deliver consistently
* Adapt quickly to trends while staying aligned with long-term strategy
* Comfortable appearing on camera and creatingface-to-camera or personality-led content
* Bring energy and authenticity to content creation
* Experience with Tik Tok shop
* Understanding of paid advertising/ boosting content


A successful applicant will have the following

* At least 2 years experience in the role
* Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
* Passion for social media, content, digital media culture
* Understanding of what makes content perform well/ makes communities become engaged/ makes a follower become a customer.
* Ability to interpret insights and proactively suggestcontent improvements or new formats
