Overview
The Regional HR Executive provides operational and compliance-focused HR support for the UK and selected European countries. This role ensures adherence to local labour laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements, while managing day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, benefits administration, client-facing HR support, and specific facilities-related responsibilities such as car park allocation and access control.

Manage onboarding, induction, probation, and offboarding processes for UK-based employees.
Prepare and issue employment contracts, amendments, and HR letters in compliance with UK labour law.
Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS, ensuring GDPR compliance.
