Salary: Up to £27,700 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, no weekends

Your Role:
· You will be managing administrative tasks supporting Full Equipment Support functionality.
· You will be maintaining business and customer management information systems.
· You will be coordinating planned maintenance activities and schedules.
· You will be administrating external maintenance tasks and documentation.
· You will be liaising daily with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
· You are responsible for ensuring compliance with audit, safety, and business standards.
What We're Looking For:
Qualifications: You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong numeracy and IT capability, strong organisational skills, the ability to follow processes, high integrity, and a full valid UK driving licence.
Experience: You will have demonstrable administrative experience, experience in customer-facing environments, and experience with equipment support processes and systems.
Skills: You will be an effective communicator, adaptable, proactive, capable of managing workloads, and able to build strong working relationships.
