Midlothian IJB is looking for a Project Team Manager to oversee the delivery of key projects in 2026/27 and 2027/28. This is a fixed term position for 1 year.
Midlothian IJB approved a 10-year strategy in October 2025. The must be refreshed for 2028-2031 following a collaborative process of engagement and consultation with a range of stakeholders. You will provide project management support to Midlothian IJB by

Overseeing the delivery of the project plan to deliver the 2028-2031 refresh of the Midlothian IJB Strategic Plan 2025-2035 and associated suite of statutory publications including the coordination of extensive stakeholder engagement, Health Board and Local Authority liaison, and statutory consultation.
5. Coordinating the timetable of Midlothian IJB statutory publications to ensure the relevant personnel progress and deliver requested work on time.
6. Leading the project management of the collaborative development of Midlothian IJB Directions 2027/28 and maintaining the Midlothian IJB Directions Log
7. Providing project management support to coordinate the Midlothian IJB and committee agenda and papers, liaising with Democratic Services
You will work with the senior officers who support Midlothian IJB including the Chief Finance Officer, the Chief Internal Auditor, and the Programme Manager for Performance and Improvement who will provide senior oversight of governance and legislative requirements. You must have an excellent knowledge of integrated Health and Social Care and the statutory duties of Integration Authorities, experience of Integration Joint Board business, line management experience, and a strong history of delivering business support.
