Key Responsibilities:
• Lead your team with energy, vision, and compassion
• Create and maintain a safe, supportive environment for children and young people
• Drive high standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance
• Support and develop your team through mentoring and coaching
• Manage resources and budgets effectively, always putting children first
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children’s residential home
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures
• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Above all, a genuine passion for making a difference
