Summary
As a Assistant Manager Front of House at The Sun Inn, located in Kirkby Lonsdale, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service to our guests. Your contributions will help enhance our reputation for excellence in hospitality and ensure that every visitor feels welcomed and valued.
Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
* Assist with food and beverage service, ensuring high standards of presentation.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of front-of-house areas.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
* Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
* Support team members in delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
* Supervisory or team management experience is a plus.
* A passion for providing outstanding guest experiences.
Good to Know
We are a small team, in this role you will report to the General manager. Work is often hands on and practical in nature. We can offer partial live in, half board for 3 nights per week. You may find your self working alone on quieter shifts.
In addition to your monthly pay you will receive a fair share of the tips pool, which will amount to about £ per year.
